WAIVER FORM (Please Read Carefully)

Meghan Weir encourages you to take care when determining your ability to do the exercises offered in classes, workshops and retreats. It is best to do less and consult the Teacher following the class for specific modifications.

If you have any concerns about whether yoga or embodiment practices are suitable for you, if you have a particular injury or condition, or if you are pregnant, please consult your physician before beginning your yoga or embodiment. Please consult the Teacher before class to get instruction on what is to be done differently.

By signing below I agree to care for my own health and ability. I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against Meghan Weir or her designates, and release them from liability. I agree not to sue for any personal injury or damage as a result of my participation in yoga classes and embodiment practices, and/or arising out of or in connection with the use of any services or facilities of Meghan Weir.

I also understand that the instruction and advice presented by Meghan Weir are not to be used in place of professional medical advice.

PAYMENT: You are responsible for paying for the Retreat in full and for providing Meghan Weir with a valid credit card or another payment method. If the payment is declined, returned or deemed fraudulent, you agree to ensure all payments are made in full. If you enrolled through the payment plan and you miss a payment, you agree to ensure all payments are paid in full by the agreed time and date.

REFUNDS: Given the nature of the Retreat, no refunds will be offered.
